Leap into the world of Fine Dining

I offer a range of lessons, courses and demonstrations in the Sunshine Coast and Brisbane area. There are sessions for both groups and individuals, all subject to availability. If you’re an aspiring cook looking for that touch of gastronomic magic, I also offer tailored one-to-one courses. Get in touch to discuss your requirements in detail. Based on our discussion, we can start arranging the material and particulars of the lesson, course or demonstration. We’ll then set a timeframe and schedule based on availability. As all sessions vary, pricing will be discussed with every request. If you’re in the Brisbane area, a travel fee will apply.

Group Sessions

A group demonstration is a wonderful way to share your passion for good food with the people you love. It’s also makes a great gift for a foodie celebrating a special occasion.

We can spend a wonderful morning session with a group of friends, all pitching in flavour combination and technique ideas, based on a range of available ingredients, for a demonstration. I’ll then talk you through the demonstration and, at the end, we can sit down to eat what has been prepared.

Prior to any sessions, please do inform me of any intolerances and dietary requirements.

Private Lessons & Courses

One-to-one single lessons are a great way to engage a aspiring cook, and to introduce them to high quality fine dining techniques. In a single lesson we can go through technique, flavour combinations and presentation.

If you’re a dedicated cook looking take your skills to the next level, you’ve come to the right place. Based on your current level and requirements, I can tailor a course that works for you and that will give you that little touch of gastronomic magic.

I was able to try the coffee duck, and it was superb! Peter is a great chef and clearly passionate about bringing a spot of luxury to everyone’s kitchen without the fuss. First time I ever cooked a 5-star meal, and it just took 15 mins.
