I am passionate about food. From the first meal I ever cooked, to my days as a professional chef in London’s high-intensity kitchens. I have poured my entire being into cooking with great passion and consideration. That’s the only way to do it; the only viable condition for creating something from nothing at every turn in the kitchen.
Now on the Sunshine Coast, I dedicate my time to providing unique fine dining experiences to locals, residents, holiday makers and families, whether that be for dinner parties or after-school meals.
